¶ Surface stiffeners on the reel may become jammed against brackets, equipment, or other components (e.g., the metal plate on the synchronous pulley at the rear of the bamboo expander).
Reason Analysis: When the incoming wire approaches the outer edge, there is a certain probability that the wire reel will be pulled towards the printer. This causes the metal clip of the printer's synchronisation pulley and the reinforced ribs on the surface of the wire reel to become jammed. Ultimately, the consumable material is pulled tightly into the gap between the consumable and the wire reel, resulting in a complete jam.
¶ Solution 1: Use a piece of cardboard to block the protruding section at the rear of the printer.
